- Heart Rate Data: With your explicit permission, our Apple Watch application reads heart rate (BPM) measurements recorded during active sessions to provide post-practice insights.
- HealthKit Protection Guarantee: Data obtained through HealthKit is stored securely within Apple Health and local device memory. We do not share, sell, or disclose HealthKit data to third parties, advertising networks, data brokers, or marketing platforms. HealthKit data is never used for advertising, marketing, or data-mining purposes.
- Custom Routines and Application Settings:
- Any personal flows, custom routines, sequence edits, or preferences you create in Yogic Breath or Surya Namaskar are stored locally on your iPhone and synced directly with your paired Apple Watch using encrypted local device transfer (

- Device-Based Retention: Your practice history, custom routines, and preferences remain stored locally on your iOS and watchOS devices. Uninstalling the Application removes locally cached application preferences.
- Apple Health Records: HealthKit entries created by our Applications are managed under your iOS device security settings. You can review, manage, or delete these records at any time directly inside the Apple Health app on your iPhone.
4. Children’s Privacy
Our Applications do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). Because our Applications operate without requiring personal account creation or data submission, no personal data is gathered from young users.
